Our Return Policy is part of, and must be read in conjunction with, the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return Policy at any time. This Return Policy was last modified on 18-08-2018.

IT IS VERY SIMPLE.

When you receive a product, it is important that you check this as quickly as possible. If we have a problem, this must be communicated to us as quickly as possible. Seriously we do not difficult. 

Please make sure you have a return authorization number in your possession before returning products. This authorization number can be obtained from our customer service. Without this number it is difficult to process the return shipment, which can make the process last longer.

THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OF THOUGHTS.

We have all done it once, buy an article and you will not have the article at all.

You have 14 days to cancel your order, this is covered by our 14 day return policy, which starts on the day after you receive your order.

It is so simple, you just have to follow the steps below (Read ‘What to do when returning an item’).

The items may only be returned unused in the original packaging as you have received it.

DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS.

Our sincere apologies for receiving a damaged or wrong product. We understand how frustrating this can be and we are going to try to solve this as quickly as possible.

If you believe that you have received the wrong products, please contact us. We would like to know what is wrong so that we can tell you what the next steps are.

Our return policy for wrong products maintains your legal rights.

NOT RECEIVED IT.

We apologize for not receiving the article. This is not very common and we want to solve this as soon as possible. To receive a refund or a replacement product, you must not have received the item within 21 days of shipment.

WHAT TO DO WHEN RETURNING AN ARTICLE.

Please contact our customer service to organize a return shipment.

We need your order number, the name of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return shipment. As soon as we have received this information, we will send you a unique return authorization number and all further required information.

Please pack the item in a safe way and make sure that the return form is packaged with it.

Make sure you receive a proof of shipment when you return the item. This is free and without this proof, in the unlikely event that the article is lost during shipment, we can not process a refund or send a replacement item.

If you have requested a replacement item and this product is no longer available, we will refund the amount and return it to the account used for the original purchase.

Every item that you have accepted and then return is for your own responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a supplier that insures the amount of the goods.

RETURNING A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT.

If an ordered item proves to be incorrect and has been replaced, then you have the right to cancel your order for the replacement product within 7 working days starting on the day after you received the replacement item and you will receive a refund.

COST OF RETURNING.

We can only reimburse the return costs if:

  • we have sent the wrong item, or- the item is damaged or wrong, or
  • the item is damaged or incorrect, or
  • if you return a replacement item or receive a replacement item that you do not want to keep.

We will not pay return costs for items that are open. The cost of returning an item depends on the item and will be communicated to you after the test process has been completed.
